The U.S. Army has contracted CACI International Inc. to support the Command, Control, Communications Technology Special Projects Office.
U.S. company CACI was awarded the task order as part the Army's Strategic Services Sourcing contract vehicle. Under the $23 million deal, CACI will provide Army Command, Control, Communications Technology Special Projects Office and Central Command with program management and program coordination support among other requirements.
Officials say the projects CACI will work on are at New Jersey-based Fort Monmouth and MacDill Air Force Base located in Tampa, Fla.
"Our team provides proven expertise to the U.S. Army's Command, Control, Communications Technology Special Projects Office and U.S. Central Command that will help them effectively complete their missions," Bill Fairl, CACI president of U.S. operations, said in a statement.
"We are looking forward to expanding these efforts and continuing to provide the highest-quality services and solutions to the U.S. Army."
