The preliminary hearing of a Montreal woman accused of killing her two young children has been delayed a second time, police say.

The hearing for Adele Sorella was set for Sept. 25, but a toxicology report determining if the children were poisoned was not ready at that time. It has been pushed back to Nov. 30, The Montreal Gazette reported Monday.

She was charged with first-degree murder in May for allegedly killing daughters Amanda De Vito, 9, and Sabrina De Vito, 8. No trial date has been set.

Giuseppe De Vito, Sorella's husband, faces drug-trafficking charges allegedly in connection with the Montreal Mafia. He is believed to be in hiding, authorities said.
