Conrad is a three-time Xterra World Champion, two-time Olympian and six-time Xterra USA Series Champion, winning the Chicago Triathlon in 2001. His best advice to other triathletes is to focus on endurance. “Long and slow is more important than fast and hard,” Conrad said.
