Daemar’s extensive shaft seal line-up has expanded to now include a range of DMR Axle Seals for truck and trailer applications.
"These unitized seals excel in environments where outside contaminants can damage exposed sealing lips," explained VP Craig Pirie of Daemar. "They are compatible with Stemco and Scotseals."
The DMR seal design features a spring-loaded sealing lip running against the inner wall of the metal casing, with dirt exclusion provided by two wiper lips. Typical applications include trucks, trailers, agricultural tractors, mining bogies, construction machinery and other machinery operating in severe environments.
