California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has agreed to discuss his past as a movie star during a televised retrospective of his career, Encore said.

The network said Schwarzenegger will appear on its "Spotlight on ..." program Saturday night.

Several of his hit movies are to air throughout the day.

Among those to be screened are "Conan the Destroyer," "Red Sonja," "Kindergarten Cop," "Last Action Hero," "Batman & Robin," "Twins," "Eraser," "The Running Man" and "The Terminator."

The actor has had only small roles in films since he was elected governor in 2003.
