I wanted to unlock my iphone, to which I am legally in contract and am paying the bill of my provider.

I approached IphoneUnlocking Ltd www.iphoneunlocking.com/contact.php who claim that they can unlock in minutes the 3G  www.unlock-the-iphone.com and boast a money back guarantee.

I paid by paypal and have now configured a dispute, the software sent was two exe files that did not even match their promise of being Mac Compatible .

Their iphone reviews were just as phoney www.unlock-the-iphone.com/reviews.php

They had press releases that sounded credible www.onlineprnews.com/news/6659-1253412840-unlock-iphone-31-3g-3gs-301-30-and-31-firmware-versions.html

What is the point of spending so much money on PR when they do not have the customer service to deliver the product?

They boasted 24 hour support, and were not available to comment when I phoned this morning in UK business hours. All this company appear to be interested in - is the time waiting money you are using on their call waiting system.
